Welcome to the PT on Demand Prehab for Regenerative Medicine Program, powered by the Healthy Posture System! A video-on-demand platform that provides access to neutral spine based functional fitness workouts designed to restore your ability to perform daily tasks from healthy posture. Improving your posture before your upcoming regenerative medicine procedure will reduce inflammation and pain which establishes a better healing environment to promote a more complete recovery. Get the most out of this investment by pairing it with medically supervised neutral spine conditioning.

The Prehab for Regenerative Medicine video library will guide you through 3 levels of healthy posture conditioning that will prepare you for healthy loading through your spine, hips and knees.

This subscription includes weekly tele-health physical therapy coaching sessions with a PT on Demand certified PT or PTA trained to identify movements from faulty posture. This level of supervision ensures you progress to the next level of the program only when you have demonstrated the ability to maintain neutral spine alignment for 8 repetitions with each exercise. Exercises performed outside of neutral spine alignment interfere with your healing and reinforce faulty loading.

We will pair you with an instructor trained to identify when any of the 4 Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment are not being applied properly. Click on the "Schedule a Workout" link at the top of this page to schedule your next online coaching session.
