The prehab video library will guide you through 3 levels of healthy posture conditioning that will prepare you for healthy loading through your spine, hips and knees. Weekly telehealth coaching sessions will teach you how to apply the 4 principles of neutral spine alignment during your daily tasks to reduce how many times your mechanically overload the joints with with you received injections.

Completing this program will accomplish the following milestones.
Week 1 - You will condition yourself to sit, stand and walk without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to best maintain neutral spine alignment when sleeping.
Week 2 - You will condition yourself to transfer in/out of a chair and bed without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to perform work tasks from healthy posture.
Week 4 - You will condition yourself to pick object up off the floor and lift them overhead without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to perform work tasks from healthy posture within the restrains of your physician post-injection protocol.
